Dr. Fauziah commenced her practice at KPJ Ampang Puteri Specialist effective Sept 1997. She obtained her Bachelor of Medical Science (Tasmania) in 1979, MBBS (Australia) in 1982 and MRCOG (UK) 1991. She has also obtained her FRCOG from the UK in 2003.

Dr. Fauziah was attached with Hospital Seremban acting Head of Department, Dept of Obstetrics & Gynaecology in 1997 as well as a consultant. She was with University Hospital of Kuala Lumpur for Obstetrics & Gynaecology from Sept 1986 to Dec 1988 as a registrar.

She is also the patron in-chief of MyCARE , Humanitarian care Malaysia.
